Return Policy for Dance Shoes

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to offer top-quality dance shoes that meet your needs. We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging without trying the shoes on first, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.

Return Conditions:

• Time Frame: You may return the dance shoes within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. This includes the original packaging and the shoes must be unused. Shoes that have been worn, especially on abrasive surfaces, or altered in any way, cannot be accepted for a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.
• Items returned that are used, damaged, or materially different are not eligible for a refund.

Process for Returns:

1. Contact Us: Before returning the shoes, please contact us through eBay messaging. We can provide guidance and help facilitate the process.
2. Ship the Item: Once we have communicated, please ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.
3. Refund Issuance: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued. If there are issues, such as signs of wear or damage, we will contact you.

Shipping

Most of the orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.
You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship. We will charge a $10 fee for the incorrect shipping address given. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Most orders will ship the next business day. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. When calculating shipping time, the day the order ships out from our facility does not count as a transit day.

Note that UPS does not ship to PO or APO boxes, but Standard Shipping can.

Continental United States

Orders of $99 or above qualify for free Standard Shipping; orders below $99 will be charged $10.97 for standard shipping.

International Shipping Charges

For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. Please get in touch with our Customer Service for more information and a quote.

Inspecting Your Delivery

FlamnigoSportswear.com offers quality products and makes every effort to ensure that these products are packaged and delivered by the most reputable and qualified shipping companies. However, you are responsible for reporting shipping damage or any shipping discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged contents or shipping discrepancies, be sure to get in touch with our Customer Service department for assistance immediately.

Delivery Times

Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped within one to three business days (if your item is in our current inventory). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Out-of-Stock Items

If you order an out-of-stock item, we will contact you immediately to let you know.

For out-of-stock and custom order items, you will receive a “good-faith” estimate of a reliable delivery date. If you are operating on a restricted time frame, we will make every effort to expedite your order once we have been notified. If an extended delay is anticipated, you will be promptly notified and can decide at that time to either wait for your order or cancel.
Out-of-stock items and custom orders may take 4 to 8 weeks to deliver. This timeline is considered an estimate.

Sizing

Very Fine Shoe Sizing Charts

Please try on your dance shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent the soiling of the suede soles.

Shoes with soiled soles or shoes which have been used on a hard surface cannot be returned for credit or exchange.

Try both shoes on as one foot is normally a different length and shape than the other. They must fit snugly without hurting so you maintain proper balance on the dance floor. This means that all parts of the shoes should be covered by your feet.

If your feet move easily inside the shoes, you cannot properly control your balance or your dance posture.

Shoe Sizes

All shoes from FlamingoSportswear.com are available and labeled in US sizes. When ordering, we ask for your US street size only. We have provided these shoe size charts which give the approximate equivalent UK, European, Japanese, and US shoe sizes. Please use this conversion chart as a guideline, only. Use your own personal experiences.
